SFEIR is an AI Only consultancy of 850+ engineers across 8 offices in France and Benelux. We recruit continuously across software, cloud, data and AI — people who want to pilot the AI, validate what it ships, and own the decisions that matter.
The kinds of roles we open
- Software engineering — Backend, frontend and full-stack engineers in TypeScript, Java, Python, Go, Kotlin and C#, with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, NestJS, Node.js, .NET, React and Angular.
- Cloud & platform — Cloud solution architects and platform engineers on Google Cloud, AWS and Azure, with Kubernetes, Terraform and infrastructure-as-code at the core.
- Data engineering — Data engineers and analysts building modern data stacks with BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Kafka and Spark.
- AI & machine learning — ML engineers and AI engineers working with Claude Code, Cursor, LangGraph, Gemini Enterprise and our internal RAISE platform — turning generative AI into production value.
- Architecture & tech leadership — Staff and senior engineers, architects and engineering managers who set the technical direction and pull teams up.
