We do not believe in incremental improvement. Three convictions

Compound engineering

Our method runs in a loop: PLAN (teach the system through rigorous specs, structured context and explicit rules), WORK (augmented execution where AI produces under supervision and the engineer orchestrates), REVIEW (multi-axis evaluation of quality, security, performance and architectural coherence), and COMPOUND (capitalise on what was learned, so each cycle enriches the next and complexity decreases over time).

The impact

A well-equipped developer reaches roughly 5x velocity; 80% of the work now happens before the prompt; and a self-improving system needs only 1–2 hours of maintenance per week. Marginal gains get absorbed by systemic inertia — only x2, x10, x100 leaps truly transform processes.
