Data we collect
Browsing the site
We use Matomo for audience measurement in “cookieless” mode, with anonymised IP addresses. The resulting statistics are strictly anonymous and exclusive to this site.
Contact forms
When you submit a contact form, we collect the data you provide (such as name, email, company and message) in order to respond to your request. This data is processed via our forms provider and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps) and to measure and improve the performance of our site (legitimate interest, via anonymous statistics).
Cookies and trackers
This site does not place advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Audience measurement runs cookieless. You may opt out of audience measurement at any time from our legal notice.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Your data is accessed only by SFEIR staff who need it and by our technical service providers (hosting, forms). Where a provider processes data outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact gdpr.dpo@sfeir.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL).
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
