Context is treated like a software dependency — versioned, packaged, distributed — across three tiers:

• Tier 1 — Hot Memory: the constitution and always-loaded conventions. The agent’s permanent baseline.
• Tier 2 — Warm Memory: specialised agents activated on demand. Dynamic contextual expertise.
• Tier 3 — Cold Memory: the reference knowledge base, knowledge graphs and organisational memory.

An AI-Ready stack and the trends reshaping IT

Favour strong typing, deliberate verbosity, explicit code and trunk-based development. Avoid compressed syntax, implicit behaviour and invisible magic. TypeScript offers the best typing-to-density ratio; Dart/Flutter suits local agents and mobile; MCP handles intra-agent communication and A2A the inter-agent symphony. Applications shift from API-First to AI-First: every app exposes MCP servers that agents discover and use autonomously.
