Run, MCO and SRE

We offer flexible service models — Full Managed, Co-Managed and advisory-and-transfer — across Google Cloud, AWS and Azure. Every environment we operate is documented with automated runbooks: not static PDFs but executable scripts, versioned in Git, tested in CI/CD and maintained like production code.

Our MCO (operational maintenance) goes well beyond patching, spanning preventive, corrective, evolutive and adaptive maintenance, with full lifecycle management and zero-downtime upgrades. We apply Google's Site Reliability Engineering principles — SLO/SLI/SLA, error budgets, toil reduction, blameless postmortems — and validate resilience through Chaos Engineering.

Proactive monitoring and AIOps

Our observability platform covers the three pillars — metrics (Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring, Datadog), logs (Cloud Logging, OpenSearch, Loki) and distributed traces (OpenTelemetry, Cloud Trace, Jaeger) — with dashboards tailored by role.

On top we layer AIOps that turns passive monitoring into proactive detection: ML-based anomaly detection, automatic alert correlation, predictive capacity planning and auto-remediation that cuts MTTR for known incidents to seconds. FinOps runs as a continuous operational practice, typically delivering 20 to 35% annual cloud savings through rightsizing, committed-use management and cost accountability.

24/7 support

Our support runs across three levels — immediate triage and runbook execution (L1, available 24/7 with a 15-minute SLA on critical incidents), in-depth investigation (L2) and deep expertise for the most complex cases (L3). On-call rotation and escalation are codified, automated and regularly rehearsed through simulation exercises.
